Instructions
- Heat olive oil: In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onion until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add garlic: Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Combine ingredients: Pour in beef broth, water, diced tomatoes with juices, seasonings. Bring to a boil.
- Cook pasta and meatballs: Add pasta and meatballs, simmer for 10 minutes.
