Chicken:

- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
