Cheese Log:

- 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar cheese, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Shape and Chill: Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and form it into a log shape. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Coat with Cranberry-Pecan Mix: In a dish, combine cranberries, pecans, and parsley. Unwrap the cheese log, roll it in the mixture, pressing gently to coat.
- Serve: Transfer to a plate and let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving with crackers or baguette.
