This Coconut Lime Drink is a refreshing tropical beverage perfect for hot summer days. Made with coconut water, coconut milk, fresh lime juice, and a touch of sweetness, it’s a delightful non-alcoholic cocktail that will transport you to the Caribbean.

  • 1 cup coconut water (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat or light)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • lime slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut water, coconut milk, lime juice, maple syrup or honey, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
