- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat or light)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

- lime slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut water, coconut milk, lime juice, maple syrup or honey, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and frothy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
