Banana Chips:
- 2 medium ripe but firm bananas
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (or butter)
Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Prepare Banana Slices: Peel bananas and slice into ⅛-inch rounds.
- Mix Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Coat Banana Slices: Lightly brush banana slices with melted coconut oil on both sides. Toss gently in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 325°F (163°C).
- Cook Banana Chips: Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crisp.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool completely on a wire rack to firm up before serving.
Notes
- For a no-sugar version, omit the sugar and simply sprinkle with cinnamon.
