  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (or butter)

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Banana Slices: Peel bananas and slice into ⅛-inch rounds.
  2. Mix Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Coat Banana Slices: Lightly brush banana slices with melted coconut oil on both sides. Toss gently in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 325°F (163°C).
  5. Cook Banana Chips: Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crisp.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let cool completely on a wire rack to firm up before serving.
