Wet Ingredients:
- ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional:
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, warm peanut butter and honey, then add almond milk and vanilla.
- Mix Everything Together: Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir until a dough forms. Add chocolate chips if desired.
- Press into Pan: Press mixture into a lined pan, smooth the top, and chill for at least 1 hour.
