Chicken Cordon Bleu:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound Chicken: Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Fill and Roll: Place ham and Swiss cheese on each breast. Roll up tightly, tucking in sides, and secure with toothpicks.
- Coat Chicken: Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Brown Chicken: Brown chicken in a skillet with olive oil or butter. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through. Remove toothpicks before serving.
