Apples:

Raisins:
- 1/3 cup raisins
Nuts (optional):
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Lemon Juice:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise:
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
Honey or Maple Syrup:
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Salt:
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Toss Carrots and Apples: In a medium bowl, toss the shredded carrots and diced or shredded apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Add Raisins and Nuts: Add in the raisins and nuts if using.
- Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayo), honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Combine: Pour the dressing over the carrot and apple mixture and toss until evenly coated.

- For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free yogurt or omit it and use a splash of lemon juice and honey.
