For the Orzo:
- 1 cup dry orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (5.2-ounce) package Boursin garlic and herb cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- Cook the Orzo: Toast orzo in the same skillet. Add chicken broth, simmer until tender. Stir in Boursin cheese and heavy cream until creamy.
- Combine: Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Add spinach if desired. Remove from heat and garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
