Description

For the Ganache:

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Assembly:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry jam, slightly warmed
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Make the Ganache: Place chopped chocolate in a bowl. Heat cream until simmering, pour over chocolate. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
  4. Assemble the Tart: Pour ganache into the cooled crust. Chill for 1 hour. Toss blueberries with warmed jam and place over ganache. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint.
  5. Serve: Slice and serve chilled.
