For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Ganache:
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Assembly:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons blueberry jam, slightly warmed
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, for dusting
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- Make the Ganache: Place chopped chocolate in a bowl. Heat cream until simmering, pour over chocolate. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
- Assemble the Tart: Pour ganache into the cooled crust. Chill for 1 hour. Toss blueberries with warmed jam and place over ganache. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint.
- Serve: Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra crunch, crushed chocolate cookies can be used instead of graham crackers.
- The tart can be made a day ahead and kept refrigerated until serving.
