Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skinless

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the blackened seasoning: In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
