Main Marinade:
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a medium bowl or large resealable bag, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Marinate Chicken: Add the chicken and toss or seal to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2–4 hours (or up to overnight for more flavor).
- Grill Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess. Grill the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
