- 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Cook Beef Mixture: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion, then add garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: Mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Layer Casserole: In the casserole dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, vegetables, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
