  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Vegetables and Cheese:

  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook Beef Mixture: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion, then add garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
