Potato Wedges:

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Season Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
- Cook: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Finish and Serve: If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the hot potatoes immediately after cooking. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat them dry thoroughly.
- You can also use baby potatoes or sweet potatoes for variation.
