Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • honey or maple syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Prepare Bananas: Peel the bananas, slice them in half lengthwise, then cut each half in two to make 4 pieces per banana.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix melted coconut oil or butter with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Coat Bananas: Brush the banana pieces with the mixture on all sides.
  5. Air Fry: Place the banana pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and caramelized.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly, then drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
